
Over time, banana bread has been a classic that almost everyone turns to for breakfast, snack on-the-go, or something light for dinner. Undoubtedly banana bread has been the best. It’s well know for versatility as you can add other condiments while making it. Today I’ll be adding semi sweet chocolate chip to this recipe, to create a very moist and tasty banana bread.

Yield: 1 9×5-inch loaf
Utensils: Mesuring cups, Whisk, Spatula, 9×5” loaf pan (preferably glass) , two bowls, oven.
Ingredients
– 1 1/2cups of all purpose flour
– 1/2 cup sugar
– 1 tsp salt
– 1 tsp baking powder
– 2 ripe bananas, mashed
– 3 eggs
– 1/2 cup butter, softened
– 1 tbsp milk
– Vanilla extract (optional)
– 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate
Directions
Preheat oven to 325°F.
Grease glass load pan.
Mash banana in a bowl, add eggs, milk, butter, and vanilla extract (do not over whisk).
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
Combine dry and wet ingredients until well blended.
Gently fold in chocolate chip with a spatula.
Pour batter into greased loaf pan.

Bake in over for about 70 mins (or insert a toothpick in the center, if it comes out clean, it’s done).
Let it cool for 10 mins.
Slice and serve.
